Perfect location just a :05 minute walk from Sao Bento train station and under :15 walk from most city tourist sites. Large apartments with small kitchen, and only 8 units in building. Front desk staff was great, and helpful with restaurant recos too.

Fabulous location, and really helpful and friendly staff. We only stayed one night when our original accommodation fell through. With less than an hour between when we booked and when we arrived (around 9pm) we still got received like it was the easiest thing in the world and we felt incredibly welcome and well taken care of.

L'emplacement de I 'hôtel

La renouvellement des bouteilles d'eau et des capsules de café n'a pas été fait par le service de chambre. La présence très partielle des réceptionnistes n'a pas permis de régler ce problème. Les escaliers devraient être équipés de mains courantes.

"Good value for central location"

Location is perfect, apartment is very spacious

We stayed at the 3rd floor and could hear every step of the people on the 4th. Floor is very creaky and it’s very annoying (even I was sleeping with earplugs)

The staff were amazing and very helpful. The location was superb once we found the place. Well equipped kitchenette. Great location for site seeing and restaurants. Accessible by metro and walking.
