Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Logan

Very disappointing experience. Bathroom was not cleaned, feces in the toilet. Maintenance and cleaning crews were gone for the day, so we had to get cleaning supplies and clean for ourselves. Staff provided GM's email, no response from her. I reached out via phone and she said she would get back to me. No response. I called again and was told that she was on the other line and would call me. Again, no response. Very disappointed in the lack of response, and the cleanliness of the bathroom.

It was extremely close to everything. The rooms were decent size.

Out dated the bathroom wasn't clean. But other than that we liked it alright.

Not a great value, but worse than that, the property charges a $100 deposit which is not disclosed anywhere in the booking details (I'm careful to avoid places that do). In addition, amenities say that a coffee maker is in the room. There is none. I won't stay here again.

I hot tub was nice. The rooms were good, clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast was great. They had scrambled eggs, sausage and waffles. I will definitely stay here again.

The creamer for the coffee near the front desk was expired by almost a month. I did let them know. I recommend regularly checking expiration dates.

The staff was very friendly and cheerful. The room was very clean. I felt safe there. It is a much older motel, but the value I got on Booking was great. Breakfast was very good! Have stayed in this motel every time I come to Logan, so that should tell you a lot.

The pillows were hard.
