Ubytování mě překvapilo, čisto, lednička na pokoji a velké, prostorné. Personál příjemný, nikomu nevadil pejsek v restauraci ani na ubytování. Okolí krásné,jen strmější cesta lesem k ubytování.

"Nemůžeme hodnotit jinak než deset z deseti."

V tomto případě nemůžeme hodnotit jinak než deset z deseti. Všichni hoteliéři, recepční, nebo servírky světa by se mohli od personálu tohoto hotelu učit vstřícnému a prozákaznickému přístupu. Navíc nám vyšlo počasí a po několika dnech sněžení bylo pohádkově slunečno. Snad jen jedna malá připomínka, wellness je jako nový, ale musí se rezervovat dopředu, což při plné obsazenosti hotelu je téměř nemožné. Také jsme nevěděli, že vstup do wellness je zpoplatněn, to je ale spíše chyba booking.com, neboť na stránkách to hotel uvádí. Pokud pojedeme příště na Šumavu, volba hotelu je jasná, jen se v zimě nesmí zapomenout sněhové řetězy, příjezd je opravdu strmý.
