"Staff wont help"

My key card stopped working and I got locked out of the hotel. The maintenance worker said it happens sometimes and you just have to deal with it. The assistant manager Matt Hood was unwilling to offer any kind of compensation. Basically stated he doesn’t care about me as a customer and doesn’t care if I was happy or if I ever came back.
