NH Geneva Airport Hotel

Hotel situato nei pressi dell'aeroporto, curato, pulito, con uno staff molto gentile. Camera grande e pulita (inizialmente troppo fredda per i miei gusti a casua dell'aria condizionata a 19°). Palestra piccolina ma con tutto il necessario.

Shuttle service and very helpful driver. Great location for my needs. Lovely bed.

Havalimanına yakındı ve her yarım saatte bir servis olması çok iyi güler yüzlü personel vardı. Odalar gayet temizdi kahvaltısı da çok güzeldi

Şehre biraz uzak olması ayrıca havlular eskiydi

The hotel is modern, comfortable and clean. It is a good location to the airport and the free shuttle (despite being overbooked) is a nice touch.

I booked and paid for this hotel through booking.com. I paid at the time of booking. On arrival at the hotel I was asked to pay approximately 4CHF for city taxes. What I didn’t realise is that they also charged me the hotel room again, on top of the booking.com charge. I was not told this was going to happen and it did not come up on the card machine when I put my card in. I have complained to the hotel who has informed me they take a ‘security payment’ at the time of check in and it should be refunded when I left. I am now a week on and still no refund. I am disgusted that this has happened. I strongly recommend you choose somewhere else.
