The NH Geneva Airport hotel offers a free airport shuttle service every 30 minutes (in case of delay, please call the hotel). Please note the following schedule for the shuttle service: from 05:50 to 15:50 every 30 minutes from 16:00 to 23:40 every 30 minutes. When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that the hotel was fully renovated in June 2023. Please note that dogs and cats are allowed upon request and subject to approval. The maximum weight is 25kg. A charge of CHF 25 per pet per night will be applied (max of 2 pets per room). Guide dogs stay free of charge. Please note that as a standard, your room will be cleaned after every fourth night. If you'd prefer it to be cleaned during a shorter stay, just let reception know by 9 pm, and we’ll gladly arrange it for the next day.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

Near to the airport. Free, efficient and punctual hotel to airport transfer service.

Reception staff attitude. Dealt with both and they were similarly unfriendly. Did I detect a supressed ethnic bias? I cannot be sure east is hidden in their hearts. One example suffices. I asked if they a panadol. The reply eas curt. No. I asked again: May be someone in housekeeping has . Can you please check? His reply: I'm telling you. We don't have panadol. Me: My wife has a fever. Where can i get a Panadol? Reception: Go to the hospital. I politely asked for his name. He gave it to me. Then, only then, as afterthought: You can go behind the hotel. There is a pharmacy. There is much to go for this hotel in staff training.

Staff was responsive, warm and professional and available to help us book taxis.

No real options to dine locally when it rains except at the on-site restaurant, which charged an overpriced CHF 10 for a bottle of still water when I'd asked for regular water. Shuttle didn't run early enough so had to pay 25 CHF for a 6 minute ride to the terminal. This was my responsibility, so next time I'll ask up front how much for taxi to the airport terminal when staying at an "Airport Hotel" and factor this into overall cost of the stay.
