The location was convenient.

What we expected to be an apartment as advertised was a small room with no cupboard or any other space to put your stuff except a desk. The TV had a hole around the frame and the remote had to be pressed at least 8-10 times before the TV responded, eventually we stopped trying. The fitted sheet had a hole in it, the shower door was missing one of the door handles. No bin in the room. The light in the bathroom had no switch and it took a while before the light turned itself off. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable, the mattress needs to be changed, it is old and squeaky. We have booked apartments at that price range and got a full apartment with a full kitchen, lounge and separate bedroom. If you're going to call your establishment an apartment please make sure it's not a room with a shower.

You guys provided anything we needed. Communicated and kept us up to date, such as the cleaning of the pool. Very welcoming, warm, easily approachable, and friendly. Thank you so much, looking forward to seeing you!

Didn't like the fact that the kitchen sink didn't have a stopper. We asked, and they didn't find one. We used a salad bowl as a makeshift zinc. Maybe you can incorporate uniform for future references so we can easily see who works there and who is a visitor
