The dust under the bed and a used earbud were just disgusting. Saw it when I had to pick up my earring that fell

The gate didn’t close when I came back from my night out, I was too scared to have a peaceful sleep.

Accepted my reservation yet the property had no water , how do they prioritise health and safety (hygiene)

Everything was exceptional and the lady that was assisting us is such a lovely woman.

No dish clothes nor surface clothes for cleaning

It was clean.

No air conditioner, not enough windows. No cupboards, and nowhere to hang clothes—not even a bench or rack for a bag. I had to ask for coffee, and they didn't have either cream or milk available. The bathroom light and fan switched on with movement and stayed on for a while before going off, which was disturbing. The swimming pool was dirty, and the path leading to it was laid with very uneven bricks. The entrance to the apartment was at the back, opening onto a backyard washing area that really should be separated. Even worse, the main drain outlet from other rooms was right in front of my room’s entrance. The chairs and tables in the Backyard advertised as a private "patio/balcony," is suitable for workers not guests. Children were up and making noise from dawn, which made it impossible to rest.
