Chalet was beautiful and spacious. It was clean and bed was comfortable. Pub serves delicious food. Staff friendly and helpful.

Location was further from the South Downs way but it was worth it as we got more than we bargained for.

"Fabulous stay, would come back"

Food was really nice. Loved the treat box for dog and staff were amazing (Paul).

Some of the other customers were very loud and boisterous. Having a secluded garden for dog would have made it easier.

We had a lovely night here. The rooms are great and the pub too. We had a very nice evening meal and an excellent cooked breakfast and all the staff were so welcoming and friendly

Great place to stay overseas in quiet peaceful surroundings. Staff happy and helpful, especially Yvonne at breakfast. Very good dinner options and an excellent breakfast. Would definitely go back.

"We are regular guests at the Thomas Lord but never been treated like this before never again"

We felt as if we had been conned 4 extra glasses put on the bill Then the manager argued with us !!!!
