GBStains on Sofa, engrained dirt on carpet, smell of old grease in kitchen which hit you as you walk into the house. Very dated.

GBQuick and easy check in. Very well-equipped kitchen. Lots of lovely touches - tea, coffee, sugar, salt, butter, jam, milk. Nicely furnished house. Slippers provided to ensure no shoes upstairs. Allocated parking space. Good location. Very quick responses from agent.
The Wi-Fi did not work during my 4 night stay, despite calls back and forth to try and get it sorted including the agent contacting the service provider. This also meant the tv was limited to standard channels only - no Freeview etc. The mattresses on the beds were uncomfortable with the springs coming through. The pillows were all lumpy. The toilet in the bathroom was so stained I bought bleach to clean it. There are no controls for the heating in the house. The radiators went off at 7pm - I arrived back from work at 6.30pm - so I was cold all evening. It was warm in the morning.

we were there with some friends and we kept getting threatened because of our age probably but we assured them that we werent there for a party , they were saying they were gonna come out of nowhere to make sure we were 5 , she also added on to threaten us that if we left late she was going to keep our deposit money our whole stay the was bery uncomfortable and after we left they refused to give us part of our deposit back and although we cleaned the house they claimed that we left it dirty which felt like an excuse to just take money of us , i wouldnt recommend it to anyone who wants to have a relaxed weekend because they demand too much and will make you feel very uncomfotable , the lady i talked to wasnt friendly and i had an anxiety attack just talkin to her and then afterward when i asked for my deposit she started lecturing me saying its not for friends but a family which was not mentioned on the website i was not pleased at all , i understand im young but there was no need to treat me like that when i was respectful torwards her
