A&M House II Luxury Holidays Home

The house was beautiful, perfect setting, views were incredible and the facilities were amazing. Everything was there that we needed. Area was so quiet and peaceful. Although we were not met on arrival, the host kept in contact to make sure everything was OK.

The house was exceptionally well thought out, clean and comfortable. Every little thing had been considered such as charcoal for the BBQ, cleaning items, beach towels, additional duvets, the hosts were also incredibly friendly and welcoming. The home exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay again!

Communication with the host was pleasant; Sandra reached out a few days prior to our trip to coordinate our arrival time and provide details for access to the villa, including the location and code for the key safe. A&M House II stands as a magnificent, modern, and remarkably spacious villa spanning three floors. Parking space is available both on the street and on-site, beyond the gate. Descending(!) a broad staircase, guests are welcomed into the entrance foyer situated on the top floor, alongside three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom is positioned at the rear and offers picturesque views and access to the balcony adorned with a glass balustrade. Notably, the beds and mattresses boast exceptional quality. One level below, a fully-equipped kitchen (complete with an oven, microwave, washing machine, and fridge with large freezer), a cozy living room with a dining area and two seating arrangements, and an additional bathroom await. Stepping out from the living room, guests are greeted by the stunning terrace featuring comfortable outdoor furnishings and a heated pool. The terrace offers great privacy, with neighbors only occupying one side. The vista from this vantage point is truly breathtaking! Thanks to its heating system, the pool remained inviting even in January. Descending yet another level reveals the gym/game room, furnished with a pool table, foosball, table tennis, and a comfortable seating area equipped with a large TV. Another separate bathroom and a laundry room round out this floor. Across all areas, the amenities exude quality, with thoughtful touches such as fleece blankets provided for outdoor comfort. In short a 10 out of 10!
