When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Pets can only be accommodated in specific room types and the guest must contact the hotel directly, prior to arrival, to guarantee a pet-friendly room. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations and improvements. The areas included will be the dining rooms, select guest rooms, common hallways, lobby's. Due these ongoing improvements access to restaurants, pools or fitness areas may be limited. Dining facilities may be unavailable for select dates and times. Public parking is available on site (reservation is not needed) and costs CAD 20 per day. A damage deposit of CAD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Parking is paid at the hotel directly, and it costs CAD 20.00+HST per night, per vehicle.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
