Loved the staffs manners the hotel looked great very clean

The noise of the cars from the street! The hotel didn’t have sound proof walls which made sleep very difficult

The hotel is very difficult to try to get around. It is very inconvenient that I had to take two different kinds of elevators to get to my hotel room from the main entrance. On top of that, my partner and I booked this hotel specifically for the pool and to my understanding we had to also pay extra to use the extra amenities such as the pool. We were so excited to go, but we’re incredibly disappointed with the lack of maintenance to the space. There were Band-Aids, eyelashes and so much more dirt at the bottom of the pool. We were told it was a heated pool, but it felt quite cold to us. It was so disgusting that we just decided to turn around and go back to our hotel room… my partner and I wanted to sleep in as we are two parents who rarely get an my partner and I wanted to sleep in as we are two parents who rarely get a Night out. The cleaning lady was dragging a Night out. The cleaning lady was dragging a very loud trolly in the morning back-and-forth leaving my Partner and I awake and unable to go back to sleep because she kept dragging this thing down the hallway. Incredibly disappointed.

Great hotel. Chose this hotel as it is pet friendly. Wonderful reception workers and custodian is so nice and friendly. Had an issue with the hot water and it didn’t take longer than 10 mins to have someone come to our room and fix it. Cleaning ladies were super friendly! Only wish that the pool wasn’t in the basement and had windows, but again it was amazing.
