"Disappointing"

The accommodation was honestly ok. However the WIFI had no sim card, once of the bedroom linen had an awful smell. Because it was a long weekend, there was no house keeping of which I found it unfair bcase we were there for holiday and how can we be expected to keep the house clean. On the one day that house keeping came, I had put all dirty hand towels on the bathroom floor, so they can be changed, to my surprise who ever was cleaning, folded them back up nicely and they were placed back.

House keeping should be available all days during the stay of your guests.

Location is in a very quite lovation

We didn't see any security or reception and the rules are too much that we're written down. The toilet paper was not enough. Sunday they don't clean atleast they should have putted extra toilet paper for Sunday

"Lovely Stay in Sunny South Africa 😍"

The actual accommodation apartment was lovely and clean and a nice size . The housekeeper was super friendly and effient . Apartment equipped with everything you need . Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Terra Mare and Umhlanga and would definitely recommend the apartment to our friends and family .

We couldn't work the air-conditioning in the bedrooms. It didn't bother us to the point where we needed to complain . The oven & stove are outdated, so it wasn't nice to cook on, we mostly ate out, so it again it wasn't a problem.Communal Braai / BBQ area would be nice to have a covered area to create shade / allow to be out in the rain and a table and seating to allow to serve and enjoy in the area .
