"Would not recommend "

Room had dirty rags left in it. 3 night stay was apparently not long enough to get room service even though other hotels do room service daily. Pool was closed for “maintenance” but nothing was being done to it. Breakfast didn’t have any trays to carry food back to the room, just tiny cheap styrofoam plates.

"Very Welcoming!"

We had driven over 5 hours and were very tired. A family member health crisis did not give us time to plan. After several calls to hotels met with long wait times, or computer answering services, we called Fairfield Inn and Randy answered and gave us excellent help. Due to unfolding medical issues, we were not sure how long we would stay. The staff was very accommodating. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable.

I have stayed here many times and this past trip was the worse. Staff used to be very friendly, this time I experienced snappy and not helpful. The stairwell had a damaged curtain rod and old damaged curtains laying in the stairwell from Thursday 8/7 through 8/10. At one stage the rod even was on the stairs which could have caused someone to trip. I found the hotel more rundown this trip. Like I mentioned I have had very good experiences prior to this one. Sorry I cant be more upbeat.

Be sure to ask for an odd numbered room unless you can sleep through a train whistle all night. Dumpster at neighboring sports bar is emptied at 6 am. quite the wake up call. Breakfast was wonderful every morning. Staff super friendly. Conveniently located.
