GOOD LOCATION, QUIET PROPERTY, NEXT TO BIG SHOPPING MALL BREAKFAST NOT SAME AS 2021 OR EARLY YEARS THAT I VISITED. SOME TV CHANNELS DIDNT WORK PROPERLY
the breakfast was good. the room was good. the staff were absolutely great. franklin in particular was great. also granados one of the security guards was very nice and funny. this is my second tome staying here and i will most definitely be returning.

So I went to this property for four nights and every day I called for a housekeeping they did not give me any type of housekeeping. I booked through Expedia, but I paid at the property so I asked for at least one night refund. Expedia claims that they reached out to the hoteland could not get anyone. The service was horrible. Nobody spoke English. Nobody had any translators. I get it a Third World country but having to call for housekeeping over and over and over again and still not receiving it barely able to receive fresh towels. It was a horrible experience book with the Marriott or the Hilton. Those are much better choices, though that’s where my friends went so needless to say, I’ll be reaching out to my bank for at least one night’s refund
