Room was clean, staff we dealt with were friendly.

The hotel is close to the airport. The breakfast was very good.

The hotel had many vacant rooms. However, we were put in a sub-standard room. There was nail polish everywhere—-floor, sink, walls, tub, toilet. The bathroom floor was filthy. I cleaned it. The shower shelf had soap stains. There was dust on the back of the toilet and in the ridge of the bathroom tile. The curtain was off its hooks, so I stood on a chair and fixed it so it would be dark in the room.

The only thing i can pick out is the location.

The hotel is properly located just 3 minutes from the Airport which was perfect however it appeared the hotel had no standard as there was too much loitering about by people who appeared scary and unruly. Some guests that came with their children allowed the children to run up and down the hall way making noise from 6pm till 3am without any form of control from the hotel staff. There were other strange looking men and women loitering the hotel and the car parks smoking close to our rooms which was downstairs because the renovation i guess. And the smell from smoke filtered into our room and that made it worse because i couldnt sleep from the noise and now the cigareth smoke. It was a very bad experience for me and my wife including my son. This is really bad. The hotels seems to be a place for homeless people.

I guess the renovation is a major set back for the facility however i am hopeful they will improve after the renovations

Staff are friendly and most Filipino. Newly renovated room. Quiet area

The front desk employee was helpful and did her best to be accommodating and try to fix our issues. When we had to switch hotels, she helped with that process as well.

We reserved an upper level room about eight months in advance. We got there and were told they overbooked. We got a ground level room, way off in the corner of the hotel. We were right by the stairs, which was incredibly loud, the WiFi was pretty much non-existent in that part of the building, and the bathroom door didn't latch. We ended up staying the one night and then switching hotels for our remaining three nights in Winnipeg.
