Everything is good but the staff must be aware and have to inform the customer about the breakfast clearly whether it is included or not included in their booking otherwise it is all good and pleasent

The hotel is in a good location and rooms are quite quiet and clean, but I forgot my laptop in my room, went to search for it and could not find it and asked 3 times to the hotel if they, the cleaning staff etc. had found it and they replied they had not found it. 4 days later, I received a call from the guesthouse manager saying they had found my laptop: when I asked who/how did they found it, they just said: "oh, I don't know, just a guest returned it". I had already bought a new laptop as I needed one to work. When I came back to get my laptop, the guesthouse manager gave me no apologies and barely a smile. No care or concern!
