"No recomiendo el lugar si llevan auto"

Reservamos con anticipación, la publicación decía que contaban con estacionamiento, sin embargo. Llegando al hotel a hacer el check in, nos dijo la encargaba que todos los espacios de estacionamiento estaban llenos, que se podía quedar nuestra camioneta afuera, lo cual era imposible, porque cerca de ahí esta un hospital y todos los espacios en la "calle" estaban llenos. Por seguridad nuestra y de la camioneta, desistimos de quedarnos ahí y sin embargo al querer cancelar la habitación, nos dijeron que ellos no podían hacerlo, tenía que hacer la cancelación desde la aplicación y aun así me hicieron el cobro de la habitación. No recomiendo el lugar si llevan auto
