La recepcionista muy amable y cordial, pero al entrar a la habitación estaba el piso llena de cabellos y co que esa impresión abrí las camas y ninguna de las 2 estaban limpias una tenía manchas de sangre y la otra cabellos y en la siguiente habitación 1cucaracha caminando en el piso, nada recomendable.

"Visita a Xalapa"

Buena experiencia, atencion, limpieza y cuenta con elevador, algo de ruido por el trafico de la av. Luis cortines, aproximadamente a 500 mts. Se localiza la plaza museo donde se puedes localizar restaurants, rampa de taxis, cajeros automaticos de la mayoria de los bancos, a si como una sucursal Banamex, y un centro comercial Chedraui y a unos cuantos pasos el museo de antropologia de Xalapa.

Esta bien para un viaje corto, desafortunadamente me toco habitación que daba a la calle y se escucha mucho el ruido de afuera lo que no me permitió un buen descanso. Pero en general está bien, su personal amable.

El servicio de atención en general de todos los empleados Las habitaciones cómodas suficiente agua en la regadera la presentación y higuiene un detalle nada más falta iluminación en el estacionamiento
