Air conditioning worked great, water pressure was great . Property was clean but dated and worn.

Chemicals in the hot tub were overwhelming. Mattress was too soft, smelled like pet upon entering the room.

Bed was comfortable

Needs a remodel. I felt it was far to expensive for the facility. The price was very high for the type of hotel. Looks like it has not been updated in quite a while. Would have expected around 130.00 to 145. 00 on the high side but 300.00 was way more than I thought it should have been. Staff was nice but breakfast ran out of hashbrowns and they said had no more available. Not a big deal but... Just not what we expected overall for the price. We were however happy to find a place close to the concert we attended and staff was very nice. Not there falt. Bed was comfy.

"Rodeo Fan"

Always go for the annual Ellensburg Rodeo and lodging is extremely limited and expensive…everywhere. At the rates being charged one would expect much nicer accommodations. Will say staff at Comfort Inn is great, the breakfast enjoyable, but the condition of carpets in rooms and down hallways detract from overall quality of facility.
