Comfort Inn Ellensburg

Clean, comfortable beds, nice pool and hot tub. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Thursday morning no eggs were made. Not just one left, none made. Clock in room not working. TV not set to understand channels previews. Needed to log on with out info thru app apparently. Final straw, bathtub backed up with each shower. We will not be back.

Reasonably priced and clean rooms and a good breakfast.

We were very disappointed. The place was old and run down. The bedsheets were stained. We left. The manager was very kind and understanding

The hotel was fine and exactly what I thought it would be, a classic case of you get what you pay for. The computer system was down so they had to take a copy of my credit card for payment. They also had a sign that advised their fire system was also down which did not affect my stay but shows that the upkeep may be lacking.

Bare bones hotel. Micro pillows, uncomfortable bed. Highway noise. Dated and everything shows years of use and abuse. Clean-ish for what it is. Ok if you’re stopping for a night on a road trip

I truly dont understand why hotels have horrible water pressure and use outdated shower heads. The heater made a loud clunking noise everytime it turned on and the mini fridge's compressor kept kicking on. Too much noise in the room. The entire building smelled of chlorine which gave us a headache. The employees were amazing but the building could use some TLC! Had breakfast at 8am and there was no coffee, little bit of eggs and some sausage links. But the waffles were great. Im glad Dutch Bros is right there.

Very convenient to I-90. And quiet area. Staff was really nice to my request to check in half an hour early since i reached early.

The bed was very comfortable. We splurged for the suite and were disappointed that the jets weren’t working in the tub, but otherwise it was a nice stay.

Staff, facility, everything was satisfactory or better
