Like everyone we have met in Indonesia the staff couldn't do enough to help and satisfy us. This is a hard one because I don't want to effect their business but can only give an honest assessment. Advertised as beach front which it is however the tide is either in and you can't go on the beach or if out its not suitable to sun bathe on. Breakfast was basic but satisfying. Rooms were clean with hot showers. At times there were no staff on site and we helped ourselves to beers. Paid for of course. There was a total lack of ambience and atmosphere, in fact almost like a ghost hotel at times. We booked 5 nights here after our first 3 nights in a much better hotel. Same price !! We only stayed 3 nights mainly due to lembongan being for us a very boring island. The manager was happy for me to amend my stay to only the 3 nights but due to booking via booking.com there was no option to reduce our bill. Was not a problem as this is part of the booking conditions.

The view is beautiful.

Very disappointed with the hygiene and cleanliness of the place. Room was not clean, bedsheets stained, cutlery and plates where dirty when food was served. The bathroom was also not in a good shape, oxidated parts and not taken care of. No daily cleaning, I had to ask them to come on the second day we where there. Limited breakfast option, no fruit or fresh juices at all.

We can book everything via the owner, everything you want he can facilitate it.

- Simple hotel, don't expect anything fancy. Just like in the pictures. - Super nice view from the balcony - The only reason why I'm giving it an 8 and not a 7- is because the price versus quality is good, while it was very cheap compared to other stays on the island. - Great staff. Friendly and they gave some nice tips. I also booked an amazing snorkle trip via them, very last minute. - They gave me a free pick up and drop off ride, which was super nice I think.

- I was there in low season and wile I do not like overcrowded places, this side of the island (Nusa Lembongan) felt a little deserted. Especially during dinner/evening drinks time. Example: one night I was in one of the more populair beach bars but there were only 3 other people. - Shower to close to toilet and sink in my opinion, ground gets wet everywhere.
