Convenience from interstate Pricing Helped carry bags upstairs Staff was nice and helpful Room was clean and items in room were up to par (sheets were clean but dingy)

Multiple persons walking throughout parking lot and property Lots of unsavory activity Loud noises deep in night (door knocking, talking, cars, etc.) Possible extend a stay situation

Clean and comfortable bed. Good location

No TV service , hot tub rusted, gym equipment was sitting out side hallway. Was supposed to to be a suite, was one room. Too dim lighting . paint chipped on bathroom door breakfast did not look appealing. Chose yo eat elsewhere.

Convenience and price

The mattress in room 211 had a big chunk missing out of it. Had to fill it with a pillow to make it a bit more comfortable. Would have changed rooms if we hadn’t just unpacked our cooler and put it all in the fridge.

Convenient to a restaurant we like, convenient for our overall travel distances on a long trip (Miami - Rochester. NY.

Seriously disappointed with the almost total lack of television. NO LOCAL NEWS at all. Could not even find a weather report.

Me and my 5 family members are on our way to florida, we have been driving for 13 hours and we’re looking at photos online. From what the photos had shown, the “hotel” had looked pretty nice. Until we got into the room and my eye was drawn to what i was pretty sure was a sh1t stain, dead center of the bed, a blood stain on the comforter, and a few growing STD’s inside of the bathtub.
