L'endroit est magnifique, la piscine est très belle et grande. Le lieu est très reposant, le petit déjeunez est très bon avec des changements chaque jour de tartes et de gateaux. Le lunch et le diner sont très bien également. Les portions sont assez petites le soir surtout pour les ravioles je trouve mais la qualité est très bonne. Le personnel est très gentil, aussi bien à l'accueil, que pensant le service au restaurant. Les femmes de ménages sont très discrète et gentille. Nous avons déjà hâte de revenir chez vous.

- Les serviettes de douche et de piscine sont de la même couleur, nous sommes 4 dans la chambre, nous avons tendance à les mélanger. C'est pas pratique car en plus les serviettes sont changés toutes les 48 heures.

Die außergewöhnliche Lage des Pools und der gesamten Anlage am oberen Ende eines Hangs. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war ordentlich, sauber, modern und großzügig. Insgesamt sorgt die gesamte Hotelanlage für eine sehr gute Atmosphäre und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Lage ist gut genug um Florenz und das Chianti oder Arno Gebiet zu erkunden. Die Qualität des Essens, besonders der Lunch Karte war hervorragend.

Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist gut aber nicht herausragend.

El relax, la paz, las vistas, el personal, confort de la habitación y la comida Ideal si buscas desconectar y buena atención

Poca variedad de comida en el restaurante y precios altos para poder escoger algún día una comida algo menos formal y sofisticada. Tampoco me gustó la última noche que estuvimos que hicieron una fiesta de cumpleaños de clientes no hospedados en el hotel con música y baile al lado del restaurante donde estábamos cenando y me pareció poco apropiado para la tranquilidad de los clientes del hotel, molesto y ruidoso
