Beautiful pool. Had everything we needed, AC , kitchen and comfortable beds. Liked that they provided a jug of water since the water is not drinkable at the property . Would of liked a way to exchange towels during our stay and more information in the unit about services at the resort, restaurants and activities in the area.
El alojamiento está bastante bien sobre todo para familias o grupos, pero NO tiene vistas al mar; para llegar al mar hay que andar 5/8 min y muy alejado del pueblo (hay que ir en taxi). El servicio muy atento pero es lento (habitual en el país).

The hotel manager Cesar is wonderful and the staff at the front desk are very kind. We ended up staying days longer due to the area getting heavy rainfall and flooding. It was unexpected But we are so glad to have found this place
Amazing place to stay for multiple people. The grounds were well kept and looked beautiful. The rooms were like little villas that included a kitchen area. Firm mattresses on the bed and good AC units. Also very secure as there is a guard 24/7 at the gate. The staff was friendly, cute and attentive but there were limited food options at the restaurant.
By far the worst experience in any hotel I have ever stayed in. There are no words to explain how traumatized I will be for life. There was a roach infestation under the mattress. See attached picture. We left immediately. We were given a refund but that is not enough. The hotel needs to be inspected before anyone else is allowed to stay there.
Muy cómodo, tranquilo, y ampilo el apartamento estaba limpio, equipado (refri, cocina, microondas..) cuenta con aire acondicionado, la piscina hermosa y limpia, el personal muy amable y atento. Sin duda volveremos!
