Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay

The hotel is modern with comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist. The complimentary shuttle service to the Disney parks and nearby station was also very convenient. However, housekeeping is an area that requires improvement. While the room was generally clean, the service was inconsistent and lacked attention to detail on some days. It kinda of fell short of the standard we expected from a Hyatt property. With more consistent housekeeping standards, this hotel would be a much stronger choice for families visiting the Tokyo Disney Resort area.

Excellent service, friendly staff, great buffet breakfast, room amenities exceptional, extremely convenient self service laundry available in each floor. Overall excellent experience.

Very nice hotel, clean, comfortable and the staff was very accommodating.

The hotel is great to stay as the room is big and clean. The hotel also has a free shuttle bus to the JR station.However the pillows were too soft and no support.You should consider providing more firm pillows.

Quality hotel that was nice to unwind in after a long day at Tokyo Disney. My only hesitation for booking this hotel again would be it's location from Disney is a bit far, so it can take an hour to get to/from which can be a draw back if you can't get up early enough and want to get into the lines for entry before 9. The shuttle back is also spaced out by at least 30 mins, so if you miss one, you'll have a pretty long wait until the next comes around.

Great place, great location for Disney amusement parks, but away from several amenities.

If you don't venture out then you are stuck eating at the hotel with their prices.
