Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay

The breakfast buffet was excellent, our family enjoy the food and the service. The room is clean and our seven year old daughter felt so special everytime she'll come back to the hotel and find another goody bag for her. Thank you!

In the middle of having my breakfast, I had a tummy ache that I never had in my life. Severe stomachache, felt nauseous, hands starting to sweat, face turned white, body felt weak and almost fainted. I really enjoyed the food and how scrumptious they are specially the salmon. I think its because of my jet-lagged, exhaustion or not used to eating such heavy, fatty protein—especially it's my very first day abroad—it easily trigger my indigestion, acid reflux, or light nausea. I also used the washing machines for my soiled clothes, the washer works perfectly however, I have to dry my clothes twice to fully dry.

I generally like the Hyatt brand, but for a Category 4 hotel, this stay was somewhat disappointing. The furniture layout in the room felt awkwardly arranged and left very little space for two average-sized adults to move around comfortably. The breakfast area was also quite chaotic, with only a small seating section reserved for Globalist members. I have stayed at many Hyatt properties over the years, but this one felt noticeably dated and did not meet my expectations.

员工处理事情的态度很一般，拖拖拉拉，明显能处理的不给处理，大半夜耗着宾客，等我们自己处理问题，一点没有星级酒店的标准

酒店前台拖拉不给处理问题，语言沟通不流畅，让别国过来语言不通的旅客，办理入住到半夜12点，办了一个半小时，当时我们还带着小孩一起入住，价格差价与平台相差悬殊

The hotel is very nice and not too far from Disneyland. They have a shuttle that takes you to Disneyland and picks you up to return to the hotel. It also goes to Disney Sea but we didn't visit that park. I really liked that when we got back to our room exhausted from the park, all our luggage were in our room since we couldn't check in when we arrived. They even brought our luggage that we had sent to this hotel. The hotel does have limited options for restaurants, food, and other convenience items. They have a small area to buy things. When we did arrive back, all the restaurants stop serving food at 9:00 pm so we went next door to the convenience store to get something to eat, so that is good. The hotel is very clean, and the room was great with plenty of space. It was only two of us but we each had our own bed plus there was a coach by the window with a table. Again, loved the room. However, we stayed in room 240 and our view was the roof of the entry. I'm sure the rooms higher up don't have that. If I was staying longer, I would've switch rooms, but it was only one night. I also don't know if they gave me that room as I used points to reserve it and didn't pay. That is one reason for the 4 starts, along with limited options for food, and I felt the staff when checking in could be more friendly. I wasn't even recognized as member.

客室のテレビがスマートテレビだったら、さらに良かったです。アップグレードして頂いたのもあり、当然あるものだろうと思ってしまったのです…。ですが、室内の充電にCタイプ対応と、ベッドにUSB対応があり、便利で助かりました。

Great hotel, had all the amenities, near to disney and clean and spacious rooms. Polite and professional staff members and it was the best stay of our entire trip in Japan, Will happily book it again in future.
