Forcibly asked to change rooms after two days although other members with group reservations were allowed to keep rooms prior to group travel Repeatedly asked about room payment although I settled room rates prior to arriving at hotel

Ruhig gelegenes Hotel ca. 20 km von Tokio. (Club)Zimmer sehr schön und groß, gute Betten und modernes Bad. Club Lounge zu empfehlen, von dort direkter Zugang zum Frühstücksbuffet und abends diverse Leckereien. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Lage rd. 2 km vom Bahnhof nach Tokio entfernt. Shuttlebus des Hotels zu selten, so dass Taxi die einzige Alternative zum Bahnhof und zurück.

We choose this hotel as the last night of our trip after attending the Disneyland parks. There was a very convenient shuttle that picked us up from the Disneyland parks, the front desk staff were very welcoming and accommodating. They bell staff quickly gathered our luggage and helped deliver it to our room. The shuttle also has a stop at a nearby mall and train station, in the case you are not visiting the parks. I would stay here again, it was convenient and the level of service we received from staff was top notch. The next day we headed out to the airport and it is a stop from the Airport transport service, so there is no need to travel to another location to catch the bus to the airport.

It was spotless and clean.staff were very polite and professional.

Requested some items from room service but don’t receive it. The breakfast omelet was too small. Most things on the breakfast menu were too small.
