Great staff, they are so lovely and accommodating - made my time here perfect. Restaurant and swimming pool onsite! I had a great time here, excellent value for money. It’s Gili T remember people, you cannot expect everything to be amazing!

Lovely staff and very helpful but the hotel is tel is quite dated and lacking in cleanliness.

Le personnels qui est assez agréable, emplacement calme et prêt du bord de mer.

Les équipements aucun entretien des installations, cuvette du toilette cassé, les miroirs n’étaient pas nettoyés, du calcaire sur les robinets (surtout sur celui des toilettes), porte de douche mal fixée, éclairage spot salle de bain qui pendouille et il manquait la clé pour fermer la porte de la terrasse.

I had a horrible stay at Urbanview My Home One. The “high-speed internet” they advertise doesn’t even reach the room, making it impossible to get any work done. On top of that, they don’t bother cleaning the rooms – I was left with dirty towels and sheets for days. The doors don’t shut properly unless you lock them, which feels very unsafe. To make things worse, there was a leak in the bathroom ceiling that wasn’t addressed during my stay. But the real nightmare started when I lost the key to my room. They claimed they had already lost the spare key and forced me to pay for a new key AND a new lock. This left me and my companion climbing in and out of the window for three days just to get into the room! This place is a disaster from start to finish. Definitely avoid staying here if you value comfort and safety.

La piscina credo sia l’unica cosa che tengono dietro, per il resto ci si deve un po’ adattare, per quello che costa c’era da aspettarselo.

Di due camere una era fatiscente e ce la siamo fatti cambiare, la stanza che ci hanno dato in cambio non era messa proprio bene ma meglio dell’altra; la pulizia è un po’ da rivedere, ma non abbiamo trovato insetti almeno; in una delle stanze la pressione della doccia era così bassa che ci siamo dovuti lavare con il rubinetto per sciacquare i piedi.
