Fatalna obsluga w restauracji. Zapominali o naszych zamowieniach. Czekalismy po 40 min na omleta… Zamiast przeprosić robili „pff” i przewracali oczami. Czulam sie jak petent

"Beautiful Menorca Hotel"

Area, room, public places like pool, garden, architecture. Original furniture was really nice and we liked the breakfast.

At dinner the kitchen was not very flexible meeting individual wishes. Even though I stated before via email that I was gluten-free and dairy free, they did not know and were not prepared for that during dinner.
