The room is very basic but it's nice to have a private bathroom and a balcony given the price which was similar to that of hostels. AC very good. No hot water in the shower but that's the problem with the whole city and hot water wasn't really necessary given the hot weather. And there is a very friendly fluffy cat!! Big plus for me

It would be great if there were a desk/nightstand to put my stuff. Also the sockets were not close to the bed but I brought a power strip so it was fine for me. The Wifi signal in my room is very weak but when I go to the common area it works fine.

Very good location!

Location is great - near restaurants, bars and the old town. Let us store our luggage before check in when we arrived early. Cheapest private room in Getsemani and accommodated a last minute change to the booking.

Location, easy to access

Not many facilities, no hair dryer, no space where to hang clothes. We had a problem the last day were one of the guest started to shout at 4 am in the morning on the phone and we heard a woman voice most likely the landolord talking woth him. We asked twice to be less noisy and the guy wanted to punch my partner but his friend calm him down.

The location is good. Right on the fringe of Getsemani, making a close walk to all the bars/restaurants and the walled city is a 15 minute walk. The beds are comfortable and the shared bathroom is kept clean through out the day. The lady downstairs is kind and available to help. And if she can't be found, communication via whatsapp is fast. They held our bags for a few days while we visited Playa Blanca, we came back and stayed another night afterwards.

There is a lot of noise in the neighborhood due to restaurants/bars but that seems to be everywhere in the area. Stay in a different part or bring earplugs as the music goes on till 3am on weekends. Some nights the restaurant underneath would play music really loudly. As mentioned in other reviews, the rooms need curtains as there is a streetlight directly outside. We had a trash bag and was able to cover the window. This is an easy fix if the hotel decided to fix it, not sure why they haven't as so many people complain about this issue.

Cannot regulate the shower temperature. Our room did not have a window, however you can open the balcony doors which does not make too much sense when its very hot outside. A small desk etc would be nice in the room. Bring earplugs as the restaurant next door plays loud music until late.
