Komfortowy apartament z 2 sypialniami i tarasem. Położony na bezpiecznym, zamkniętym osiedlu (idealne dla rodzin z dziećmi). Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona, miejsce parkingowe przy samym apartamencie.

Z przykrością informuję, że stan czystości apartamentu oceniam negatywnie. W wielu miejscach zauważyłem pajęczyny i zabrudzenia (np. na włącznikach światła), co świadczy o niedokładnym sprzątaniu. Dodatkowo, plamy na suficie w łazience (prawdopodobnie wilgoć) oraz na tekstyliach (koc, poduszki) wskazują na potrzebę dogłębnego czyszczenia i renowacji. Lokal wymaga odświeżenia.

Pełne wyposażenie mieszkania. W przypadku bycia z dziećmi czy z partnerem przez kilka dni mamy w pełni wyposażone mieszkanie. Dokupiłem tylko płyn do prania i kostki do zmywarki. Kawa Lavazza do ekspresu była :) W kuchni było naprawdę wszystko. Drewno do kominka trzeba dokupić samemu.

Piętro wyżej bardzo duża, trzy pokoleniowa rodzina hałasowała jak to rodzina. Wieczorem duzi a od rana bachory. Strop jest niewygłuszony. Jak ktoś lekko śpi to szuranie krzeseł, tupanie plus krzyki mogą zepsuć wypoczynek.

"Za krótko, jak zawsze. Powtórzylibyśmy pomimo nie widokowego położenia osiedla."

Rozkład mieszkania, dobrze wyposażone. Spokojna okolica, blisko sklepu. I nie tak daleko od deptaka w Karpaczu (piechotą do kwadransa). Dobra baza wypadowa.

Oszczędna ilość papieru w łazience. Płatny parking.
