Phòng quá cũ kĩ, nội thất trang thiết bị tiện nghi đều cũ, khuôn viên xung quanh xuống cấp, hành lang bẩn, phòng cũng không chuẩn bị clear trước khi khách nhậnn phòng. Bãi giữ xe lộn xộn
