Who don't have a pool in Florida and close it at 7pm on Sunday because you're lazy! Also 4 pillows instead of 2 woldve been nice

the mold in the shower and the roaches in the bed

where it was located at in reference to our visit activity and the ice maker had good ice

we arrived at around 4:30 turned A/C on to cool room down. with in 10 minutes it started to make noise very loud noise my husband went down to manager he said he would be up in 45 minutes to change out unit 2 hours later i call down to desk they said he would be right up blamed the delay on waiting for front to get there that night it was nice and cool and as the other A/C was cooling the room was nice but in the morning we left our 2 dogs in their crates from 8:30 to 4pm when we got back it was very warm so we turn it down. I took a shower wash my hair it never got cooler than what is was when we got there at 4pm now it is 7pm and it dripping water on the floor NO COOL AIR IS COMING OUT I need to dry my hair and it is so hot I feel like I need to shower again I call down to desk they tell me we need to move rooms but they don’t know where I tell them to let me know So at 9pm we move and that room it was: cleaner, nicer and had a good A/C THIS PLACE WAS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO BEING FULL WHEN WE GOT THERE OR WHEN HAD THE FIRST PROBLEM OR THE SECOND PROBLEM First night didn’t get my shower until late after a 12 ride down to florida because I was waiting for manager to change unit then had the second night to sweat while trying to dry my hair
