There was a bunch of hair on my sheets.

The shower leaked out into room, the bed was worn out, the guy at checkin was not friendly at all. The pet fee really is a bad idea, my dog is small and cant damage anything, charge the guilty, not the inocent.

I was traveling with my 28lb dog. Because of the pet I called the property direct to make my reservation. I quoted the price I found in multiple online sites and acknowledged that there was an extra pet fee. When told the price, which was about $30 higher than the online prices, i confirmed that it included my pet and was told yes. When checking in, The front desk agent told me that the fee was just for the room and the pet fee was additional. She called the manager and they held firm on the higher rate than what was quoted on the phone. The room was clean but had maintenance issues. the towel rack was hanging from the wall looking like it was about to fall. I called the front desk and was told that they knew about it. The lamp on the dresser was broken and inoperative. Right outside the door there were many cigarette buts that had not been cleaned up. I do not recommend staying at this property

The lady at the front desk, excellent customer service, very accommodating great personality and she only been here for a couple days ( not of here name), Awesome job!!!

The room size very good

Swimming pool hours close by 8 pm and in the reservation don't say swim pool hours the shower only had cold water dissapointed

Because the place was unkempt and visible dirty we didn't eat the food

The lamps were tattered and stained. The place smelled moldy. The refrigerator looked terrible. The wall was had peeling paint. There were no blinds at the windows just the curtains. I bought a can of Lysol and sprayed the beds and toilet since I couldn't get a refund 😒 and find another place on such short time. My children and I would not recommend this place. Shame on Booking.com for giving them a favorable ratings thumbs down 👎

I was very disappointed in this place. I booked for two nights and only stayed one. I had to look for another hotel. The hotel needs to be updated.

I’d rather sleep in a dumpster
