Didn’t give me correct room then got locked out had to wait 3-4 hours for the maintenance to unlock door. Overall bad experience

It was very nice

Even though I flush the toilet, there is still a "sewer" smell in the bathroom. Other than that, it was great!

Dirty. The shower was clogged- hair backflowed into the tub. Our first room had stains on the sheets, they did switch out the room quickly. The coffee is a little expensive and watery. We didn’t pay much maybe 120$ a night but it felt like a motel…also a homeless man was staying in one of the rooms with a bike outside the door with tons of bags- gave us an uneasy feeling

I honestly don’t understand how this hotel has such high ratings. The room was not clean, and there was no trash bin in the restroom. There’s a warning not to flush anything in the toilet, but they don’t provide trush bin(?) The faucet and light switches looked dirty and poorly maintained. The room had a strange smell, and the overall cleanliness was disappointing. On top of that, they charge $10 per day for parking, which almost no other hotels in Orange County do. The staff was also rude and unhelpful. Definitely not worth the money—I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Needs more cleaning. Elevators floors dirty. Carpet needs replacement or removal

The room was dusty the staff did not entertain the room cleaning request asked for towels and pick up trash no body came . Bad hotel will not stay again
