The room was clean.

We did not have a good experience during our stay. The pool was not functional, and we were informed at the reception that we couldn’t use it. Instead, they offered the option to use a pool at another branch located 19 minutes away, which was highly inconvenient. This information should have been communicated to us in advance, as the pool was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Additionally, we were charged for parking even though it was on-site. This was unexpected and not clearly mentioned during the booking process. Overall, the lack of transparency and poor communication negatively impacted our stay.

Love the coffee shop at the lobby

I would of liked being aware of the extra $10 of car fee for parking during my booking . It wasn’t included on my initial charge through online

They charge for parking. The hallways carpet was old and sprayed with horrible odors that gave us headaches.

1 elevator is not working, the staff is not friendly. We requested the room that we love. She asked my Photo ID and check the previous stays . Told me she can’t find the previous stays with that hotel. What is the point of asking my previous stays and my requested room that we love?

"No microwave in room, and $10 a day for parking"

No microwave in room. $10 a day for parking at a hotel out in the middle of nowhere.

I resent that they expected me to pay an extra $16/day for a microwave and an extra $10/day for parking.
