Cheap

Creepy. Nobodys in the next rom but we keep on hearing banging and screaming. We literally checked thenext room. It was empty. Plus. Not clean. The sheets have stains and hair in the towels.

The broken glass in the parking lot, a very very very, unsanitary So, called Breakfast. Was cold as waffles and water…. Very disappointed.

"Overall great staff not good cleanliness and in a bad area not the hotels fault."

other than that the employees were nice and had a designated time to change out towels and come and do the beds.

The cleanliness was not as expected, there was burn holes on the bed sheets and hair that wasn't ours. As well a weird red stain they cleaned after our second night there

"Things need an over haul and took out of each room."

The staff did their best

The bathtub has a hole in it! The chair underneath the desk is broken! The floor had broken glass on it! The Spanish speaking staff did not clean the bathtub with soap! There was a little boy with autism at the food machine outside my room I had to stand there and make a loud conversation to get his mother to come out! The breakfast there was sliced bread waffles and bagels all bread and I don’t eat bread! There’s no juice at all! So breakfast is not real and the cord on the telephone is broken to the handle piece! The towels when wet turned brown they have a horrible stinch to them as well!
