No 9 Rathgar

Location is really safe and quiet. there are some restaurants near by for dinner, a good supermarket and nice cafes for breakfast in the morning. Bottlers 5 mins away is a nice pub. there is a bus stop 2 minutes away and this will bring you into town. there is parking if limited. there is no luxury here but the rooms are perfectly functions, clean and comfortable.

have stayed here several times and find it is becoming more expensive to book.

Location and clean room

The set up of a wash basin in the bedroom was clumsy. In the first room we booked the water pressure was too high and water splashed over the floor in the bedroom as a result. Both rooms were too cramped for a middle aged couple. There was hand wash in the shower instead of shower wash in the second room we booked.

No breakfast as per booking

Room very small. Large sink took a lot of space close to bed , so NO room Left side of bed. 2 night stay ,but no room cleaning / bed making / or new towels for 2 second day . That was disappointing.
