Clean and comfortable

While a microwave was available to heat food there was no cutlery available to eat with.

It's really accessible to the aviva

It wasn't the cleanest but it wasn't awful. It also smelt a good bit but I'm not sure if they were having plumbing issues.

Overall good for location

Chosen because my brother is in a hospital nearby, so ideal as just 4 stops on the bus. Local shops nearby with a good supermarket for food with cafes and restaraunt in walking distance. Easy check in, bed comfortable, great shower, mini fridge, tea and coffee supplies and easy to report and resolve issues quickly. Area very nice and felt safe at night.

Room was very small for a double with the sink being in the room rather than the bathroom, I think if 2 people were in it they'd be tripping over each other. Not much room for clothes to hang, probably ok t for one person but two would struggle to hang their clothes, I more or less dressed out of my suitcase. Never saw any staff except for cleaners and a handyman, not an issue as such as thats the way now but it feel a bit impersonal. Overall not sure the room reflect the price.
