Piękne widoki z okna, cisza i spokój to zdecydowanie na plus.

Znacznym minusem jednak jest słabo posprzątany apartament, na podłodze było pełno kurzu, szczególnie pod schodami lub miejscach mało uczęszczanych, w łazience pozalewane lustro woda. Kanapa pozarywana, ciężko się na niej siedziało, w sypialni na górze, farba obdrapana ze ścian. Niestety za te pieniędzy powinna być zwrócona większa uwaga na funkcjonalność przedmiotów, czy dalej spełnia swoje rola, no i porządek…naprawdę warto by ktoś czasem spojrzał, czy lokal jest przyszykowany na przyjazd gości.
