"Schön aber teuer"

Die Lage ist in Ordnung, in 15 Minuten kommt man fußläufig ins Stadtzentrum. Zu dem großen Lift Richtung Schneekoppe kommt man am besten mit dem Auto. Achtung! Der Parkplatz dort kostet 10 Euro pro Tag. Die Aussicht ist schön (ich habe Zimmer mit Bergblick gebucht). Alles relativ neu, die Ausstattung ist noch intakt.

Beim Preis fehlt absolut die Transparenz. Ich musste für 3 Tage 40 Euro mehr bezahlen als bei der Buchung angegeben. Es wurde eine Parkgebühr für die Garage für ca. 7 Euro pro Tag hinzugerechnet, obwohl ich nicht angegeben habe, dass ich mit dem Auto anreise. Nun konnte ich das nach dem abgeschlossenen Aufenthalt nicht mehr erstattet bekommen. Hätte ich wohl während des Aufenthalts melden sollen. Die Kaution für Beschädigungen ist nicht bei der Abbuchung mit inbegriffen. Sie wird erst beim Check-In hinterlegt. Wer also denkt, die höhe der Abbuchung liegt an der Kaution (hatte ich gehofft), ist im Irrtum. Die Hotline ist zwar gut erreichbar, aber leider ratlos.

"Bardzo krotki, tylko jeden dzień."

Nie było śniadania, Obiekt był of3rowany beż śniadania.

Brak ładowarki AC do samochodów w bliskości obiektu. Przydałoby się miejsce gdzie można podłączyć pojazd na czas ładowania.

Apartament bardzo przytulny i czysty. Jest w nim wszystko co potrzeba. Bardzo proste zameldowanie i wymeldowanie. Dookoła cisza i spokój. Nie ma problemu z parkowaniem. Ogólnie pobyt bardzo dobry.
