It was in walking distance to the places I wanted to go.

I stayed here recently and was surprised to be charged $20 USD for a small period stain on the bed sheet. As a woman, I find this disappointing periods are natural and accidents happen. I understand the need for cleanliness, but a little more compassion and understanding would have been appreciated. The charge felt excessive, especially with no clear policy shared upfront. Hoping the management considers a more empathetic approach for future guests.
