Gess Hotel

The staff was super friendly and they were very eager to help, the rooms although not luxury had everything required for a budget hotel.

Cleaning is not done daily, they didn’t have payment via credit card and the area after dark is not the best area in town to walk alone.

It was a lovely place. Clean and comfortable.

great staff, very friendly and helpful, nice location above the bus terminal, not far walking to waterkant and centrum, good rooms . Visa Card OK i recommend it !

The location was the worse for me. There was no water selling at the hotel so I had to walk in the dark in a sketchy area to buy myself some water. The checkin staff was fine but he apparently didn’t do his job right. So the next day the next staff came knocking on my door 1hr before check-out to ask if I’m leaving the same day. Which was wild cause she was acting like the hotel was full. Turned out the first front desk staff under charged me. Plus he didn’t charge my charge for the bank charges.

Location is great and very close to my place of interest.

The Wifi connection is very poor.
