The hosts were lovely people, very helpful. The house was clean and well renovated. The municipal swimming pool is absolutely gorgeous and private in the sense that it's in a quiet private spot and only used by local residents and people staying there. It's a bit of a walk up a very steep hill but worth it when you get there. It's clean and quiet most of the day, with good facilities and a life guard. Opens a bit late at 11.30am but stays open till 7.30pm which is great after a day out. The village is friendly and well located for visiting the interesting places around it including the beaches. The mountain roads are good and easy to drive in a medium size vehicle. Like an Audi Q5 or Lexus NX. Just a great place to go.

The church bells take a bit of getting used to, chiming every 15mins 24/7. But you do get used to them and it certainly didn't spoil our trip. Good restaurants were hard to find, so definitely take note of the hosts recommendations.

Ik denk dat wij echt nog nooit zo'n mooi huisje hebben gehad voor vakantie. Je kan hier duidelijk zien dat de passie van de eigenaar erin zit, de gekozen materialen, indeling, afwerking, echt heel erg goed. Zelf zou ik het niet aandurven om het te verhuren aan iemand die ik niet persoonlijk ken. Wij komen graag nog eens terug.

Een klein technisch dingetje; als de kookplaat warm is loopt hij aan de onderkant net tegen de besteklade aan. Geen groot probleem natuurlijk.
