Suzumaru Hotel - Hostel

チェックイン、チェックアウトの方法がわかりにくい。駐車場の説明もなく不親切。脱衣所がなく、シャワーのみの設備である説明も明記されていない。

It was walking distance from the wakayama castle. Was good to have a microwave fridge with freezer and bathroom ensuite. Beds were spacious

The microwave was dirty and pillows were very flat.

It was very clear that it was before just one big room they made into a multiple room with construction wood. The room was not locked. There were no people to talk to when checking in. There were no lock for the shower.

事前チェックインの手続きをしておいたが、当日の受付機での操作が分かりづらく時間が掛かった、また受付機の音声が大きくて、深夜に受付をする方も何名かいて目が覚めてしまう。音声案内の声を小さくして欲しい。 室内にバスタオル・タオル掛けが無いので設置して欲しい。 ベッドが柔らか過ぎて余り良くない。

It's very clean and cosy and there's a tv in your bunk as well.

There weren't individual keys to lock the door so the door was left unlocked with only a locker for valuables.

The restaurant was very good
