オーナーに予定より早くにチェックアウトしたことを伝えたら、キャンセル分を快く返金手続きしてくれたこと。 バスルームとトイレが別なこと。 料金が比較的リーズナブルなこと。

キッチン付きとのことで予約したが、台所のシンクはあるがコンロがなく、炊事ができなかったこと。（紙コップと電気ポットしかない） 脱衣スペースがないこと。 洗面台がないので、洗面やトイレの後の手洗いをキッチンでしなければならないこと。 掃除が行き届いておらず、あちこちに埃が溜まっていること。 窓はあるが、すぐに隣の建物の壁で開放感なく、昼間も暗いこと。 夜間灯の位置が悪く、睡眠を妨げること。 自動チェックインが年配者には少し難しいこと。
