El personal muy atento, hablan inglés y un poco español. El desayuno tipo buffet muy bueno. Las recamaras por el precio esta bien, lo unico malo es que las camas rechinan, el baño un poco descuidado, en general bien para 2 dias.

Breakfast was good, bed was comfortable and the service was great. Turgun and his team were very helpful. The location was also great as it is near the shops and restaurants, you don’t need to walk the steep slope of Goreme. Glad we chose Caftan cave.

Herşey çok güzel ama mağara odalar malesef iyi değil bu otel için değil tüm mağara oteller aynı koku ve rutubet çözümü yok çalışanların elinden de birşey gelmiyor ama otel harika konumu kahvaltısı bir daha gelirsem mağara odası olmayan otelde kalacam ama çok basık havasi var

I liked the location, the views, very pretty. The staff was polite in general.

I didn't like the overall experience when booking the excursions with the hotel and that the rooms were not cleaned although we had requested it.
