المكان رائع وجميل، توجد ألعاب أطفال بالقرب من المكان، الغرف نظيفة ودورة المياه، تم تزويدنا بغلاية ماء، وكان المضيفون ودودون جداً حيث سمحوا لنا باستخدام المطبخ الخاص بالمسكن لغلي القهوة والشاي، كما قدموا لنا الإفطار مع تأخر الوقت، وسمحوا لنا بإلغاء يوم من الحجز لرغبتنا في التوجه لمكان آخر

المسكن في الدور الثالث ويحتاج صعود سلالم وقد يكون متعباً للبعض، الغرف في أعلى دور وتوجد انحناءات في السقف قد لا تناسب بعض الأشخاص، مع أن إطلالات نوافذ السقف جميلة ورائعة، لا يوجد مطبخ خاص داخل الشقة، والمسكن في طريق مرتفع وليس في أسفل الوادي

As soon as we stepped foot in the hotel, we were amazed by the warmth and friendliness of the environment and staff. The location is absolutely beautiful, with mountain views all around the hotel. We arrived to the hotel quite late after travelling all day so even when the kitchen was about to close, the manager extended the kitchen times so we could have a family meal. The food was amazing, with a range of traditional dishes that me, my husband and kids all loved. Furthermore, the room was outstanding with a view of the mountains, clean and tidy environment and quite and relaxing surroundings. The manager was lovely to speak to and since we haven't been to Austria in over 10 years, we were a bit lost on what we could do, so the manager gave us recommendations of what there is to do in the area and overall really made sure our stay was extraordinary. I couldn't recommend this hotel more, I would definitely stay again!

The place is amazing! The personnel was very nice. We arrived a bit late just in time to eat at the restaurant. The meals were good! The food is rich, so maybe more suitable for winter, but we were very happy with the taste events if we couldn't finish everything :) The breakfast was good too. In the room we had towels, little snacks, soap and small shampoo bottle waiting for us. And amazing view from the room. If we come back in the area we will definitely stay at Pension Gemshorn again!

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, there are areas for children

The hood does not work well, there was always a smell of fried food on the floors. There was no minimum set for a bath, there was only one gel, unfortunately for such a price I expected that all this would be, usually for such a price and even cheaper it is, I had to buy everything additionally in the supermarket the next day. I also didn't like that the salad wasn't cut just before serving. I also received the guest card late, I had to spend extra money on the bus fare
